22 February 2016
The next release of KK SCADA available end of February will have new features developed and implemented in close cooperation with our customers in order to meet their increasing demand for a strong diagnostic and performance measurement tool.
User authentication on a third party server (LDAP, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol)
User rights can be set up and maintained centrally in order to provide secure and fast access management in the KK SCADA system.
Furthermore, definition of user rights has been made more flexible. It is now possible to restrict user access to different functionalities in KK SCADA, for instance access to high resolution data, or maybe the option to start/stop the turbine etc.
High resolution data and historical data
A new graph feature enables easy overview of the high resolution data from a turbine utilizing a special algorithm when downsampling. Furthermore the new graph component adds a lot of new features like zoom, move and scaling and especially the ability to see data from several turbines in the graph is very useful. The historical data and high resolution data across turbines provides better options on diagnostics and performance improvements.
Map feature
The user can import any kind of map of the site to the KK SCADA system. In this map you can visualize the park, the power lines or other items you might find relevant. When you move the cursor over a given turbine icon, you will get the live data for this particular turbine.
For existing features in specific configurations, we offer advanced upgrades.
